How do I buy a refurbished iPhone from Oloop?

Browse our available iPhones, select the device you want, and click "Add to Cart". Each listing shows the TrueReport™ with complete inspection results. After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation within minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment gateway.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You'll receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. This email includes your order number, purchased items, and shipping details. If you don't receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at jason@oloop.com.au.

About TrueCheck™ Inspection

What is TrueCheck™ 52+4 inspection?

TrueCheck™ 52+4 is our professional inspection protocol: 52 base functional tests plus 4 advanced verifications using specialized equipment. This includes UV light screen authentication, battery health analysis, airtight dust resistance testing, and system stability checks. Each inspection takes 50+ minutes and is performed by Jason personally.

What does UV screen verification mean?

UV screen verification uses a 365nm ultraviolet flashlight to detect aftermarket screen replacements. Original Apple screens do not show visible patterns under UV light, while aftermarket screens display distinctive rectangular patterns. This professional test ensures you're getting an authentic display.

Can I trust the battery health percentage?

Yes. We use professional battery diagnostic software (the same tools Apple-certified technicians use) to measure battery capacity, cycle count, and health. The battery health percentage shown in each TrueReport™ is the actual measurement at the time of inspection, not an estimate.

What's the difference between Original and High-Capacity batteries?

Original batteries are the factory Apple batteries that came with the iPhone. They show accurate health in iOS Settings and have proven longevity.

High-Capacity batteries are brand-new premium replacements with zero cycles and guaranteed health (typically 95-100%). iOS Settings will display "Unknown Part" - this is normal and does not affect performance. All High-Cap batteries are professionally tested and come with the same 1-Year Coverage.

About Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

We ship via Australia Post Express with full tracking. Delivery typically takes:

Perth metro: 1-2 business days
Major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2-3 business days
Regional areas: 3-5 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Signature is required upon delivery for security.

Can I return my iPhone?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. The device must be in the same condition as received (including original packaging). Contact us at jason@oloop.com.au to initiate a return. Full refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned device.

Yes. We provide free Australia-wide shipping on all orders with full tracking and transit insurance included. No hidden fees.

About 1-Year Coverage

What's covered under 1-Year Coverage?

Our 1-Year Coverage guarantees that all items marked "✓ Passed" in your TrueReport™ will continue to function for 12 months from delivery. This includes battery health, screen functionality, cameras, Face ID, charging, and all other tested components.

If any passed component fails within 12 months due to defects (not physical damage or misuse), we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

How do I make a claim?

2. TrueReport™ link
3. Description of the issue
4. Photos/videos if applicable

We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps. Most claims are resolved quickly through repair or replacement.

What's NOT covered?

1-Year Coverage does NOT cover:

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
• Normal cosmetic wear (minor scratches)
• Battery degradation within Apple's normal range
• Software issues (iOS bugs, user errors)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Technical Questions

Is the iPhone unlocked?

Yes. All Oloop refurbished iPhones are fully unlocked and will work with any Australian carrier (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone) and most international networks. This is verified during inspection and documented in each TrueReport™.

Will it work with my carrier?

Yes, for all major Australian carriers. Our iPhones support:

• All Australian networks (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and MVNOs)
• Dual SIM (physical SIM + eSIM on newer models)
• 4G/LTE and 5G (on supported models)

Just insert your existing SIM card or set up eSIM and you're ready to go.

What iOS version is installed?

The specific iOS version is listed in each device's TrueReport™. All iPhones are updated to a recent stable iOS version during inspection. You can update to the latest iOS version after receiving your device (we recommend doing this via WiFi).

What's included in the package?

Each iPhone comes with:

• The refurbished iPhone (tested and verified)
• SIM card ejector pin
• USB-A to Lightning / Type-C cable
• Oloop branded packaging

Note: Wall adapter (charging brick) is NOT included, but any standard USB adapter will work. We exclude it to reduce e-waste as most people already have multiple adapters.
