1. Return Conditions (GMC Compliant)
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for change-of-mind returns.
- Return Shipping: Buyer covers return postage for change-of-mind returns. Oloop covers all costs for valid warranty claims.
- 14-Day Cosmetic Inspection: Please check your device upon delivery. Cosmetic discrepancies should be reported within 14 days.
- Condition: Must be returned in the same condition as documented in the Oloop TrueReport™.
2. Battery & Technical Disclosure
O Loop Australia is transparent about battery health:
