What's included with my iPhone?
iPhone, SIM ejector pin, USB cable, Oloop packaging. Wall adapter NOT included (reduce e-waste, most people have multiple adapters).
Is the iPhone unlocked?
Yes. Works with all Australian carriers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone) and most international networks. Verified during inspection.
What's the difference between Original and High-Capacity batteries?
Original batteries are factory Apple batteries with accurate iOS health readings. High-Capacity batteries are brand-new premium replacements (95-100% health) that iOS shows as "Unknown Part" - this is normal and does not affect performance. Both come with 1-Year Coverage.
How long does shipping take?
Free Australia-wide shipping. WA Metro & WA 2-5 business days, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA (Metro) 5-7 business days, Regional & Remote Areas 7-10 business days. Full tracking included.
What's covered under 1-Year Coverage?
All items marked "Passed" in your TrueReport™ are guaranteed for 12 months. This includes battery health, screen, cameras, Face ID, charging, and all tested components. Does NOT cover physical damage, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs.
Can I return my iPhone?
